Tutti i subacquei, qualsiasi sia il loro livello qui troveranno una ottima accoglienza acqua limpida, fauna abbondante, corallo rigoglioso. Il North Pass con i suoi 1,6 km di larghezza è il più grande di tutta la Polinesia ed offre immersioni spettacolari con squali grigi, martello, tigre, delfini, razze, mante, aquile di mare, tonni, barracuda e nuvole di altri vari pesci. Una vera e propria riserva naturale. Nella South Pass invece, si possono ammirare pesci pappagallo, chirurgo, napoleoni, angeli imperatori, carangidi, tartarughe, murene, pesci pietra, pesci leoni e nudibranchi.
