A diving trip to discover Ischia, including diving, boat trips and snorkeling. Five days to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the island and admire its beauties, without giving up relaxation and local gastronomy. This fixed date group proposal is designed for at least 6 participants and proposed in a superior category hotel solution. The dives will take you to the Sant’Angelo spot, a wall of indisputable beauty and bright colors, where red and yellow gorgonians are the masters, without forgetting the very frequent species of nudibranchs and yellow sponges, in the depths you can admire the precious and rare red coral. While the Secca delle Formiche, at a much lower depth of 6-20 meters, suitable also for beginners, is marked by a lighthouse that recalls the presence of some submerged rocks. The canyons of the spots will lead you to stone arches that offer plays of light, among the underwater population it is possible to meet: horse pipefish, sea cicadas, porter crabs, scorpion fish, octopuses, moray eels and shrimps. During the tour it will also be possible to snorkel in the famous “Magician’s cave”, so named for the mysterious belief that when the local fishermen sought shelter from the rough sea, a human figure was revealed in the large accompanied by songs and water lilies. We will also visit the “Green Grotto” which takes its name from the green reflection of the illuminated water inside. Finally, the proposal goes as far as the archaeological area of the Nymphaeum rock in Cartaromana and the submerged walls of the 4th century BC, the seabed in front of the Aragonese Castle, where you can observe the phenomenon of gaseous emissions in less than a meter of depth. Meeting of participants with assistant at the port of Naples in the late morning. Departure by ferry/hydrofoil for Ischia. On arrival on the island, transfer by private minibus to the hotel, accommodation in rooms.

SNORKELLING ROUTE
A nature trail among caves and sites of historical and biological interest. Through a guided snorkelling tour, you can visit the beautiful Grotta Verde (Green Cave), Grotta del Mago (Magician's Cave), the archaeological area of the Nymphaeum rock at Cartaromana and the submerged walls dating back to the 4th century BC, and the seabed in front of the Aragonese Castle, where you can observe the phenomenon of gaseous emissions at a depth of less than a metre. All this simply with mask, snorkel, fins, and light underwear. Departure will be from Ischia Ponte and the spots will be reached by boat in a few minutes.
Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

THE ANT SHOAL OF VIVARA
Minimum depth 6 metres maximum 19 metres
Characterised by several well-lit arches and passing caves, easy to walk through even without the speciality cave, as you never lose contact with the outlet. Numerous species of fish and many sponges, the arches are characterised by a dense colonisation of benthic organisms such as parazoantus and Astroides and often many nudibanches.
Return for lunch at the hotel.

Today we will be able to admire the beauty of the island by sea among hidden bays and coves. Between one dive and the next we could enjoy a typical lunch cooked on board by our captain and return home with the taste of salt on our skin and the sensation of still being rocked by the waves.
Departure at 10 a.m. Return at 5 p.m. Full-day excursion.

SANT'ANGELO Anchoring is only permitted to authorised Diving Diving.
The first plateau is found at a depth of around 3 to 7 metres. Descending on the first step is a depth of around 15 metres in an area characterised by very large boulders which are home to groupers and bream. Continuing eastwards after another drop-off at 25 metres, a gully opens up that descends to 65 metres. On the side that opens up towards the open sea, turning to the south, there is a plateau at about 35 metres totally covered with Paramuricee. Descending to 38 there are some colonies of Savalia Savaglia also known as false black coral. Continuing along the right-hand wall, you will soon reach a small basin which, in addition to benthic organisms, is also home to many fish such as groupers, barracudas, snappers and pelagics.
